At 21, after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Management, I moved to the United States and co-founded a restoration company out of a garage. We scaled it into a 30+ employee operation serving communities across California in the aftermath of catastrophic events. As CEO, I led the company through every stage, startup, growth, operational scale, and ultimately a successful acquisition in under a decade.
